How to enter

To enter the monthly competitions, you must follow the instructions, which may be answering a quiz question or fulfilling a task set by the Ecordia Admin.  The competition is completely free to enter.
 

Before entering, you should check that you meet the eligibility requirements and that none of the entry restrictions apply.

Eligibility and entry restrictions

To be eligible to enter the competition you must:
 

• have an active username for Ecordia;

• have an active Pro Candidate subscription.

• be at least 16 years old

• be permanently resident in the United Kingdom;

• not be our employee, officer or agent, or an employee, officer or agent of any person or organisation involved in the running of the competition, and you must not be a family relation of any such person;

• have your own email address, and have access to a computer, a web browser and an internet connection.
   

The maximum number of entries per individual is 1.
 

You may only enter a competition once and multiple entries from the same entrant will be counted as one entry with the first entry being submitted being the entry counted. Where Ecordia discovers or has reasonable grounds to suspect that any entrant has used any software or automated process either to answer questions, enter the competition or to make bulk entries, Ecordia may exclude such entries and disqualify the entrant from the competition.
 

Start and closing dates

The competitions will run every month and the start and closing dates/times will be specified by the Ecordia Admin on the community platform.

Winner selection

The winner is to be selected at random.  He or she will be selected by a computer process that produces random results.

If an entrant does not meet the eligibility requirements or is subject to any entry restrictions, that entrant shall not be entitled to be adjudged a winner, and will not be entitled to a prize in any circumstances.

Notification of winners

The prize winner will be notified on the Ecordia Student Community Platform by a public post and by message not more than 4 weeks following the closing date of the competition, and will receive their prizes not more than 8 weeks following the closing date.

Announcement of results

The results of the competition will be announced on the Ecordia Student Community Platform within 4 weeks following the closing date of the competition. The announcement will include community platform username, first name, surname.

Prizes

The winning prize shall be as follows:
 

£50 Amazon Voucher - which will be emailed as an e-voucher to the winner.

There shall be no cash alternatives to any prize.
