Assessment Planning

The assessment plan is agreed online. The assessor simply proposes the plan for the candidate to accept. If the candidate wishes, they can request further guidance or recommendations

Evidence Gathering

Every type of evidence can be presented, from work products and witness testimonials, to questioning and observations. All evidence is stored centrally and securely-and can only be accessed by authorised users.

Assessment & referencing

All evidence is referenced to the standards. Ecordia automatically maintains the evidence index sheets and prompts the assessor through the assessment and referencing process. Second-line assessment can be easily conducted and feedback given at any stage.

Reviewing

All plans can be reviewed and additional evidence agreed if required.

Verification

Verification can be conducted remotely on the system. Feedback from IVs can only be accessed by those who need to know.
