What does Ecordia mean to me ?

• Ecordia helps manage and control training of your staff and ultimately reduces your costs and own workload. Whether you provide in-house training or use an external assessment centre, Ecordia will fit-in seamlessly and effortlessly. This is a user-friendly system designed by in-house training professionals - guiding and motivating those that use it and providing managers transparency and control.

• Staff can train and work on Ecordia at the workplace or at home or at any computer sites provided by external training companies - or even local libraries. There are also many free-to-use 'UK Online' centres throughout the country.

• Ecordia provides a 24-hour interface between the candidate and assessor (and managers and verifiers). Centrally-stored on a web server, all that is required to access the system is a computer (or just a dumb-terminal) with an Internet connection. Users need not carry any data, disks or paper-folders.

• The system guides the candidate and assessor through the NVQ process in a logical, easy to follow fashion - automatically prompting and guiding the candidate and assessor through each stage.

• Managers and training supervisors will have access to pre-prioritised management information. You can view a summary of all candidates at your workplaces. Information available includes: Percentage analysis of achievement, elements completed, units achieved, and progress against the assessment plan.

• Make better use of your work-based assessors by using Ecordia - simplify their roles and responsibilities.
